Education: (In Progress) – BS Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with concentration in Exercise Science (Bridgewater State University)
AA Associates degree in Liberal Arts (Cape Cod Community College)
Experience: Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab, youth basketball coach, youth tee ball coach, 3 sport varsity athlete while attending Bourne High School (volleyball, basketball, softball), competed on a national level in softball, lengthy background in the outdoor sporting industry, mother of two children.
Philosophy: To build a house, you first need a solid foundation. I enjoy motivating people to live a healthy lifestyle. I believe in a total complete healthy lifestyle both physically, and mentally. Taking the time and effort to invest in our bodies is one of the most empowering things we can do.

Interests: Weight training, nutrition, running races, snowboarding, stand up paddle boarding, basketball, hiking, staying active and fit, and spending time with my family.
