In November Plymouth Fitness introduced the concept of the HD Zone. One of the many features of the HD Zone is the addition of new programs specifically designed to challenge our members to take their personal workouts to the next level.
So, what is it? HD stands for High Def, or High Definition. Yeah… Just like your TV. It’s a simple concept, really. TV is good but an HD TV, now that’s GREAT. Not to toot our own horn or anything… But this is pretty freaking awesome!
Who should be participating in the HD programs? Great question! Do you want to see more dramatic results? Do you want to be pushed harder? Are you bored with your current workout regimen? Then the answer is simple… YOU should! The HD programs are for the members and clients who want a little more… A little more intensity, more supervision, more coaching, more freedom, more unity with fellow members and a lot more fun! The workouts and programs are all designed to push you to your personal limitations!
Cardio Sport, Art of Strength – ROPA, the HD Daily Workouts, Plunge, Tabata, and HD Yoga are just the beginning! If you’ve already been following my blog, you may have read my post on Art of Strength. If not, do it!

Not sure which program is best for you? No problem! All you need to do is ask! Come find me, or one of the other personal trainers, or a Group Ex instructor! We are more than happy to help you figure out which program is right for you.
But here is a little hint…
They all are! Although they are a bit more intense, we have the best staff around (I may be a little biased) and we will modify any and all exercises for you!
Welcome to the HD Zone!
