As a former athlete and life time sports lover I’ve always had a passion for fitness and I understand the steps and dedication it takes to envision a goal and work towards it. I use weight training and body weight training to propel my clients to there goals and aspirations. I also work as an aid in a Physical Therapist clinic so I am very familiar with workouts intended to rehab an assortment of different injuries.
