I have always been passionate about fitness and health ever since I was little. Through my experiences as a former athlete and now personal trainer, I have developed a desire to help others live healthier lifestyles through proper and efficient nutrition and weight/strength training. Helping other people become the healthiest version of themselves is my main goal and well as building confidence within my clients. I strongly believe that confidence is key when it comes to anything in life, including taking the time to invest in yourself. I really enjoy working with young adults, athletes, and middle-aged adults but I love the challenge of working with clients with different abilities. Remember, don’t let anyone work harder than you do.
