Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Holidays: 7:00am – 12:00pm (Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th & Thanksgiving. Closed Christmas.
2025-2026: December 24th close 2pm, December 25th closed, December 31st close 4pm, January 1st 11am-4pm

Plymouth Fitness sells day passes at $25, $20 if accompanied by a member. Non-members must register at Member Services with a photo i.d.
