Experience/Specialties:
As a former multi-sport athlete, I have always been passionate about exercise but did not fully understand fitness and nutrition. After college I began my health journey in which I began weightlifting and lost over 50 pounds! My personal experience with creating a healthy lifestyle and education in Psychology has given me an understanding of barriers one may encounter on their own journey. I’m here to help people of all backgrounds improve their health and achieve their dream body with sustainable methods!
