Fitness Philosophy:
Wendy Weiser offers people of all backgrounds, ages, shapes, and abilities the chance to enjoy movement. These days, she’s all about dance fitness, barre training, low impact/high intensity workouts, and progressive strength. Her advanced training with the Body Positive Fitness Alliance in 2016 has led her to focus on encouraging self-care and actively addressing negative diet and body talk. Wendy’s goal is to help you feel good and function well in your body rather than hyper focus on a particular physique as the standard of “fitness.”Wendy Weiser Wendy is a longtime fitness enthusiast who integrated health promotion and wellness programming into her previous nonprofit career. She has offered fitness experiences to all types of people, from children and teens through seniors, people with developmental and physical disabilities, homeless women, pregnant and parenting teens, corporate groups, college students, and many others. In her free time, she actively supports social justice causes, motivated by the Jewish concept of Tikkun Olam: Repairing the World.
