Zach puts a focus on injury prevention and form when working with his clients. He has 10+ years of experience working with the geriatric population in restorative therapy. Zach also puts an emphasis on fat loss, muscle strengthening and conditioning, hypertrophy and endurance. We all have some injuries and limitations, and showing his clients how to work with those trouble areas while improving function and mobility is his passion. Zach grew up playing multiple contact sports, and has always enjoyed embodying an active lifestyle since a young age. Specializing in a detailed approach to each individuals goals for improvement.
