Coach Zach is a certified fitness expert specializing in strength and conditioning as well as functional resistance training. He has over 25 years of experience with clientele ranging from Division 1 college athletes, elite high school athletes, top endurance athletes, as well as masters age clients, and young athletes just starting out. I have worked at many of the top gyms around Cape Cod and Plymouth and I have received multiple certifications including my ISSA and NCCPT personal training certification. I am also a Certified Functional Strength Coach (C.F.S.C.) and studied under world renowned coach Mike Boyle. My approach to coaching is personalized and results driven. I believe in creating customized workout plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and fitness levels. Through a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and functional movements, I guide my clients towards sustainable progress and long-term success. In addition to providing comprehensive workout routines offer ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to keep my clients on track towards their goal.
