Exercising creates improvement. Whether that’s becoming faster, stronger, more flexible, more knowledgeable, or more disciplined, there is always more work to be done. Because everybody has different capabilities, I am more interested to see how you compete with who you were yesterday. I take pride in seeing my clients move more easily, get stronger, and be more confident.

Experience/Specialties:

I’ve been strength training since 2015, and became certified as a personal trainer in 2022. I wanted to take my own training to the next level, but more importantly to share my knowledge and passion for exercise with others. During my course of training at health clubs I have worked with a diverse clientele, including older adults transitioning from physical therapy environments, and also adolescents with various goals who just needed some help on where to start.
