Philosophy:
With over a decade of experience, I help clients reclaim their health, fuel their bodies for fitness and overall wellness, balance their hormones and heal their gut. My personal journey — from disordered eating and gut challenges to hormone balancing, yoga, and energy work — has taught me to see the whole person and help you get to the root cause of your health challenges.

Experience:
I specialize in body recomposition, focusing on building lean muscle and losing fat. My expertise spans bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, hypertrophy, and strength training. I also emphasize fat loss and finding a balance between nutrition and motivation, drawing from my own life experiences. With over four and a half years of professional experience, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training. I’m excited to bring my unique skill set to Plymouth Fitness and help you reach your fullest potential.

Fitness Philosophy:
I believe food is medicine, and eating well can transform your energy, performance, and overall health. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying yoga, spending time outdoors, adventuring on weekend getaways, or hanging with my Daisy, my Snowshoe Ragdoll mix cat. I accept Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Aetna, United, WellPoint, and Mass General Brigham. If I’m not in-network with your insurance, visits may be reimbursable.
