Experience/Specialties:

With a focus on individual needs, and an enjoyable experience, I can be flexible and can meet a variety of different wants. With over 15 years of hockey experience, among other athletic endeavors, I have acquired many understandings of what it means to be fit. With experience teaching hockey and skating, I have an understanding of how the body moves in many different contexts. With a priority on good form, every part of the body can be trained in a safe and thorough way.
