Fitness Philosophy:

“Fitness is a commitment to You. Through proper diet, exercise, and meditation, you will be the best you can be. In turn, you will be a positive influence on all those you touch”.

“Today is going to be a GREAT day!”

“Everything is better and easier with good friends!”

Marlene has been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. Her specialties are vast. As a personal trainer, she has worked with the very fit, the individuals just starting out on their fitness journey, those with special needs and participants of the 90 Commit To Get Fit program. She is never one to shy away from a challenge. “Working with individuals who honestly want to better themselves, is where I do my best work. Having experienced first hand, the positive affect exercise and proper nutrition have impacted my well being, I “hunger” to inspire, encourage, and work with others looking to better themselves”. In addition to Marlene’s role as Group Exercise Director, she is G.E instructor, taking members through the paces in Group Power, Spin, HIIT, Pilates, and Aqua Fit classes. Marlene also works with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospitals Breast Cancer Center as a Breast Cancer Boot Camp Leader.
