You’ll receive customized workouts from a certified trainer AND have the freedom to train when it works for you.

Hybrid personal training includes:

A goal-based workout plan tailored to you (strength, fat loss, athletic performance, or hypertrophy). Weekly virtual check-ins with your trainer.  Full gym access and optional in person sessions. Progress tracking and accountability from anywhere.

Beginner Hybrid Plan - $349

Perfect for new members or class regulars who just want to get started with a training program.

  • 4 week program.
  • Orientation and Inbody with Trainer.
  • 1 in person session weekly.
  • 1 custom 4-week workout program.
  • Weekly coach check-ins.

Progressive Hybrid Training $750

Built for independent members who want expert structure without the need for weekly sessions.

  • 8 week duration 
  • Inbody and Orientation session with a Trainer, plus a 4 week and 8 week Inbody check-in.
  • Bi weekly 1 on 1 session (4 total).
  • Weekly accountability and check-ins.
  • Nutrition guidance and progress tracking.
  • 8 weeks of customized programming to your goals.

Accountability Coaching - $149

Perfect for independent members who just want a plan to follow and those who are on the go—travelers, remote workers, and. independent exercisers.

  • Monthly, online only programming.
  • Bi weekly video/phone check-ins.
  • Monthly training plan.
  • Accountability and check- ins with a trainer.
  • Access to InBody.

Once you purchase the Hybrid Personal Training program at Plymouth Fitness and don’t yet have a trainer, our team will promptly match you with a certified personal trainer based on your goals, availability, and preferences. You’ll start with an initial consultation, either in-person or virtual, where your trainer will assess your needs and design a customized plan, whether that combines 1-on-1 sessions with weekly accountability or creating a program you can manage on your own. You’ll be supported every step of the way, even if you’re starting fresh.
