December VIP Member

Avery Wong (pictured with Master Trainer, Caitlin Chappel) is our newest VIP Member.  Avery is a great example of consistent training. Over the last 6 months Avery has he gained strength, improved his movement patterns and changed his body composition! Avery is also more involved with sports due to his training at Plymouth fitness! Congrats!
