Jean has been involved in health and fitness most of her adult life. Her many years of teaching group exercise helped fuel the decision to become a Personal Trainer. Since she is both a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer she can offer her clients the small group experience as well as private one on one coaching. Small group training is a great way to focus in on individual goals, stay motivated and keep you accountable.

”Mixing it up” is her motto, in order to prevent getting stagnant or hitting an exercise plateau. Jean believes in functional fitness and training your body the way it was meant to move. She incorporates training methods such as medicine ball, bodyweight, TRX Suspension Training, balance and flexibility into many of her clients programming. To maximize training results Jean also encourages eating whole foods and limiting packaged and processed foods. She advocates a long term commitment to fitness is a way of life, which will keep us physically active for many years to come. Jean hopes her passion for fitness inspires others to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
