Donna has been a member of Plymouth Fitness for as long as our club records go back to and not too many days pass without Donna coming to the club for a workout. In fact, Donna has been to the club a whopping 282 times in the last 12 months!
Donna fights her aches & pains by combining workouts using the equipment with very frequent participation in many of our classes. Her favorites are AquaFit, AM Stretch, Classic Combo, and Spinning. Donna also has fun with her friends, Pat & Ellen, in our Private Team Training product with Coach Anna.
Donna organizes the monthly “aqua lunch” dates and is always welcoming to new members. She takes pride in being a member of Plymouth Fitness and we are very proud to have her with us. Donna makes the club a better place!
