Yoga on Sundays at 10am
with Tori Best is now on the schedule
A flowing practice of mindful movement with stretching,
strengthening, and the occasional reminder to breathe. This
class will provide a focus on proper alignment with
modifications to make physical postures accessible for all
levels. Everyone from newcomers to yoga to more experienced yogis are always welcome.
“My appreciation for the formal practice of yoga began when I was in high school, but I fully realized the mind-body benefits of yoga after my mom passed away in 2014. Yoga was where I found peace, connection, and strength to carry me forward and lift me back on my feet, and I wanted to be able to help others find those gifts too. I completed my yoga teacher training at Sanctuary Studios in early 2017 and am excited and honored to join the Plymouth Fitness team. My goal as a yoga teacher is to create a welcoming environment for students of all abilities and backgrounds to feel safe, successful, centered, strong, and inspired. I truly hope to practice with you soon.” – Tori
